If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund withing 3 days of the purchase date. Any gift item shipped to you from Cuisinet may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future Cuisinet orders. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you ordered an item and you would like to exchange it for a better product, don’t worry! We allow you to do that too! Contact us and our customer service representative will help you out.
If you'd like to cancel or change a Cuisinet order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 1.514.904.2461 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.
Cuisinet reserves the right to cancel any order, in case of order cancellation we will not charge the client's credit card and no fees will be applied. Any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent will be canceled. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
