US Customs & Tariffs
What We Cover: Cuisinet makes every effort to clear customs and pay applicable tariffs before your package ships to the United States.
Important Notice: Due to the ever-changing nature of international tariffs and customs regulations, customers may occasionally be responsible for paying additional duties or tariffs upon delivery. While this is rare, we cannot guarantee complete tariff coverage in all cases.
Customs Delays: Allow an additional 1-2 business days for customs clearance.
Inventory & Order Fulfillment
While we strive for accuracy, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur between our website and physical stock. Cuisinet reserves the right to cancel orders for items that cannot be fulfilled. We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund if this occurs.

Delivery Procedures
If you're not home when delivery is attempted:
- Carriers will make 2 delivery attempts
- For safe areas: Leave a signed note on your door with your tracking number authorizing the package to be left
- After 2 failed attempts, packages are returned to us
Damaged Items
We'll replace any items damaged during shipping at no charge. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Returns & Refusals
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal:
- Item cost will be refunded in full
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
