Fermentation Accessories Kit. Designed for use with Kilner Preserve Jars. The silicone valve integrated in the fermentation lid releases gas build-up inside the jar during the fermenting process but does not allow air to enter. The glass weights hold down the food inside the jar, keeping it below the water level and preventing food from drying out. Includes 2 x fermentation lids and 2 x glass weights.
